Meet Michael of Corvette Warehouse
Growing up in the small, tight-knit town of Kerens, Texas, just a quick drive south of Dallas, Michael had to get creative when it came to entertainment. There wasn't much to do, so he spent time playing every sport his school offered. While he wasn't setting records in most of them, he found his sweet spot on the football field. His talent there was undeniable, and it even took him to college ball. But life had other plans—an injury before his first season from the battles on he college football field shifted his focus from tackles, touchdowns, and interceptions to textbooks. Instead of cleats, he sharpened his pencils and went after a degree in actuarial sciences and statistical math, which help developed that skillsets he uses today as the Finance Director at Corvette Warehouse.
Michael’s entry into the car business wasn’t exactly on his life trajectory plan. During college, he was talking with his friend that was training for a high-end dealership position. His friend talked up the car world so much that Michael decided to give it a try. In 2012, at just 21 years old, he jumped into the fast-paced world of car sales at a Chevy dealership in Ennis, Texas. His work ethic was fierce, the long hours, six days week, and it didn't take long for him to move up the ranks, tackling roles from car salesman to finance director. Along the way, he had one of those life-changing moments that car lovers dream about: Michael took a road trip to Las Vegas for the unveiling of the Corvette C7 Stingray.
When he returned from the Vegas trip, he set his goal to get one of those C7's and started saving his money for the down payment. Just a few months later, at 24, Michael proudly became the proud owner of a 2014 red-on-black Corvette Coupe 2LT 251, a six-speed, decked out with all the bells and whistles. That first Vette wasn’t just a car—it was the start of a love affair with the Corvette product line that’s still going strong. Michael’s passion for Corvettes isn’t just about horsepower and sleek designs; it’s about the drive, the legacy, the longest running U.S. car product line in history, and the thrill of being behind the wheel of the true American sports car.
Michael’s story is one of being at the right place at the right time, simple hard work, grit, and a little bit of luck. From small-town sports to big-time cars, he’s always chased what lights him up inside. And while football may have been the first spark, it’s the roar of a Corvette engine that keeps him going now.
Michael now lives in Highland Park, Texas, where he's always on the move, whether it’s hitting the gym with his fitness routine or his passion for helping people at Corvette Warehouse discover and obtain their dream Corvette. His commitment to staying active is impressive—he’s in the gym 5 to 7 days a week, and he loves to share that energy with others by training, playing sports, and working out with friends. The discipline he pours into his fitness is the same drive he brings to his career, where he’s helped countless people experience the joy of owning a Corvette through his role at Corvette Warehouse.
As the Finance Director at Corvette Warehouse, Michael's passion for Corvettes continues to fuel his success. He’s particularly fond of the C8 Z06, especially in orange or black. The mid-engine design and naturally aspirated power of the C8 represent everything that drew him to Corvettes in the first place—pure, high-performance, sleek looks, and of course, the mid-engine design. For Michael, it’s not just about selling cars; it’s about sharing the excitement and pride that come with owning one of America’s most iconic sports cars. Micheal was one of those kids that dreamed of getting a Corvette, set his target, saved his money, then accomplished the goal with his red C7. His genuine enthusiasm, knowledge of the product line, and connections in the corvette world have made him a trusted figure in the Corvette community and a integral part of the success of Corvette Warehouse.
